Luc MICHEL, administrator-general of EODE, is in Yalta, with a team of EODE-TV, after a long journey via Moscow (Crimea is considered a « war zone » by Westerners and isolated), in Crimea, to participate in this international conference, intended to discuss the collapse of the failed Ukrainian State, the revival of “Novorossiya” erected two centuries ago by Catherine the Great, and the future of the People’s Republics of Donetsk (DNR) and Lugansk (LNR), united in « the Union of People’s Republics of Novorossiya ».
